Vlypse Intelligence is a next-generation neural software architecture platform that provides AI-powered tools to design, generate, edit, and publish production-grade applications. Access to features is provided through enterprise-grade subscription plans and usage-based credits.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

All paid subscriptions and transactions are securely processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.

Paddle handles:

Payment processing
Invoicing
Tax calculation (including VAT/GST where applicable)

We do not store or process credit card information directly.

3. Usage & Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI usage credits. Credits reset monthly and are subject to plan-specific limits and fair usage policies.

Unused credits do not carry over unless explicitly stated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Abuse the platform or attempt to bypass usage limits
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Reverse-engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Availability & Performance

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service. However, availability and performance may vary due to maintenance, updates, or technical limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, UI components, and branding belong to Vlypse Intelligence. Users retain ownership of their generated content unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
