Vlypse Intelligence operates under a strict No Refund policy. All purchases are final.

This policy is in place due to the immediate and high computational costs associated with AI generation, as well as the non-refundable transaction and processing fees charged by our electronic payment gateways (Paddle).

2. Usage-Based Justification

Upon purchase, your account is immediately credited with AI usage capabilities. Since these resources are consumed upon use and generate proprietary outputs, we cannot offer refunds for subscriptions or credit top-ups once the transaction is completed.

3. Secure Processing

All transactions are securely handled by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle ensures international security compliance and handles all billing interactions on our behalf.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we value our customers. If you encounter a technical failure that prevented the delivery of our service, please contact our billing team for a case-by-case review.
